Well, I do and don't understand the question. Anyone can get a problems in the sleep, in order to pull a muscle it needs to be overexerted in activity. Being that it is a shoulder problem and happening in your sleep it can be a strain. From being held in a certain position for extened time. At this time yes it is serious because like anyother strained muscle it needs to be taken care of.

What's up with that calves tightening thing. I get that too, especially in the winter time. It hurts pretty bad, you feel like putting a hole in the wall from the pain and screaming "f#$k!!!".

i dont know man... but the best way to relieve the pain is to stretch out your calves.. try to make your toes touch your shins... obviously not possible but you know what I mean... at first, it hurts even more, but the pain goes away really fast....

When I was 13 I was at a pool party and I pulled both my calves muscles in the deep end... I almost drown!

The same thing happened to me a few years ago. I went to bed, and the next morning, I had this aching pain in my left shouder. So I went to the doctor few days later and he gave me some pain killers. It went away after a couple of weeks.
