My Arm workout

My Arm workout

I do 3 sets of 10 on each of these with a 30 pound weight

Halfway curl with my arms glued to side
Tan i do Curls holding the weight vertically
Than all the way down curls
Than over head pushes....

this a good arm workout?

would need to know more about your workout and training splits...do you just own one set of dumbells and workout at home? i don't know what type of curl you are talking about when you are holding your arms vertically...you can probably find some good all-round training splits that might work for you in the training room forum

i think it sounds like some kind of 21s but no to put it simple that bi work sucks youd be better doing barbell curls 3sets and concentration curls3 sets its a nice combo

hey bro i was just stateing something simple cause his workout is simple and going to go nowhere what i said was much better than what he has its not a bi program and system that i sat down and ran for him but i just dont go into a deep program if i dont think someone will follow it
