knot in bicep

i have done site inj. for a long time, and i have a hard knot in my right bicep, it has been there for a while, i don't really remember when but more than 6 months, it is hard, i don't have any pain or swelling from it, so i really have not worried about it , it makes my bi look better, but i can't inj. any more oil into it, so i think it just might be scare tissue, but i just want to know what u guys think about it?? and does anyone else have this??

I don't have that, but I find that using SEOs and site injects my muscle tissue get tougher. I can feel the layers the pin is breaking through now.

I would recommend massageing the area every day. The best thing would be to get one of those power hand held massagers and keep it on the area on HI for 10 mins per day. This should break up the tissue over time. (that is, unless you like having the tissue there!!)
