I figured towards end of cycle, when my pants were fitting “snugger” that my BF was going up. In May of this year, after a heavy-duty prohormone cycle my LBM was at 176.14#. Then, after that cycle, I’m sure I had VERY negative side-effects from taking moderately high levels of Glucosamine (3 grams a day). I dropped from 176# LBM to 166# LBM in about 2 months! So, for the Purist, most of my gain was muscle recovery. But, 181# is nearly 5 pounds higher than my lifetime high LBM!
I’m pleased to say the least. I ate really high
protein, about 350 to 400 grams of low-fat
protein per day but I needed to watch my “type” of carb intake better. At my age while the muscle is still coming, the body fat doesn’t melt away like before age 42. Thinking about doing DNP at end of next cycle. This was my 1st AAS cycle since around 1987.
Of course I hit my goal of 5 reps on bench press at 335# before end of cycle. On last day of cycle I was scheduled to bench again and planning on doing 6 reps at 335#, which my spotter thought I should be able to do no problem. But, I had an abscessed tooth removed that afternoon and have not lifted since.
I plan on lifting tomorrow morning and taking first shot of
kyno, which I’m trying on this bridge. Still don’t know if I should take 3cc EOD or 1.5cc ED (I HATE ED shots!). Going to shoot 3cc tomorrow morning.
I took before pictures that are totally SH**TY. Bad light, not tight, BAD. I also took after shots, which I haven’t developed yet. I’m afraid with my BF being up slightly, I won’t appear much better. I’ll judge after I get them developed whether to post or not.
