Quality Advice Please..

First Timer.
Got QV EQ and Sust.
190pounds , 6 years training.Very lean and very clued up on diet and training etc but new to the anabolic game.
Please give me some help on a first cycle.Taking things very seriously and plan to compete next year.But it is a first cycle so would rather see how i react to dosages before going heavy on the stuff.As much info as possible boyz.TNX

how much eq and sust do you have? as a first timer i would say to do at least 500mg/wk of sust (i would go 750mg/wk though) and at least 400mg/wk with the eq...you're also gonna want to have some nolvadex on hand and do clomid therapy after your cycle...Good Luck Bro! just my opinion

|---[\\\\\]>------- I would do 750mgs of sus250 a week, and i have gotten great results with doing 300gms of Eq a week with it. Take arimidex during and post cycle IMO...it worked great for me this past cycle.

Good advice statix. That's exactly my next cycle. Be sure to do clomid therapy. That's what is needed to get the boys working again.

Can only get nolvadex and clomid.
What doses for them?
Gonna do sust 500mg for 6 weeks and the equi 400mg starting in the 4th week till the 10th. Does that sound ok?Clomid 2 weeks after cycle , 2 tabs/day first week then 1/day second week???

I would run sust 500mg wks1-10.
400mg eq wks 1-10.start clomid 2wks after last shot,run 100mg day for ten days then 50mgs day for ten days.I would run .5mg arimidex day throughout cycle,keeps bloat and gyno away.if you don`t have arimidex have nolva on hand.I wouldn`t take nolva unless symptoms start,sensitive,itchy nipples.

you'll want to run the sust a bit longer to achieve the gains you want, and likewise with the EQ as it only begins to take effect after about 5 weeks. Try pumpnpose.com, they have liquidex (same as arimidex). You will want to take your clomid 3 weeks after your last inject, as EQ has a half-life of 17-21 days. Run the arimidex all the way through clomid therapy.
