|-[\\\]>------- Share some of the tips...i am a bber...but lift heavy, trying to achieve that real thickness that i need when i decide to compete...this goes for all the heavy lifters here...what are some good tips to incr. say squat, bench, ect....i have a pretty good squat now...i can front squat 315 for reps, the most i have done was 365 for 3 reps...and they were deep...but i felt VERY unbalanced with that weight....as far as bench/incline goes, i SUCK! A friend of mine who is a pwrlftr, suggested taht i incr. the width of where i grip the bar...it felt very weird...let's hear some tips.
