Girl needs help with Cycle

5'2", 117lb fine latina wants to put on 5-10lbs of muscle. She will be taking 4IU's of GH stacked with Anavar. Obviously she would like to avoid any viralizing effects.

How much Anavar would be good to stack with the GH and for how long?

4ius of growth is alot for a girl the first time around, and probably any time unless she is going to be a heavy weight competitor. lol. Try sticking to 3ius or maybe even 2ius to start. The longer she is on the better her lean results will be. Loke 6 months would be good.
As for the anavar, I've had my girl on 20mgs per day. I would recommend 15mgs though. Very minimum sides if any and the safest bet for a girl. I would try that out for 10 weeks and see how it goes.

I have read suggestions of 5mg a day anavar for 30 days. You think this is too low?

Big A had recommended 4IU's for a woman. She is not a heavy weight competitor but she would like to hold her own in the lightwieght division and still look like a woman.

I think 4 iu's would be fine. I've read that most women see the best effects:sides effect ratios with var at 10-15mg/day, so start her at 10mg/day and up it if needed. The GH should be fine in that it will reduce bf% greatly at that dose. For her to really grow on it she would need slin and more androgenic gear.

Ditto rj.... GH will not make her big. Start off with 10mgs then bump up to 15 and if all goes well go to 20mgs. That is when you will see GREAT results.

I'm just thinking along the lines of it would be better for her to be on the gh longer as opposed to a higher dose for a shorter period. But as for the var, I think working up to 15-20mgs per day is a good dose for a girl to get some good results especially while taking growth.
The longer she is on gh the more permanant her gains will be.

IMO, while a woman is on AAS she would benefit more if she stopped taking the pill. Sure it can be done but why take AAS and estrogen at the same time?

I know he is not talking about test, but there has been studies showing that estrogen along with test gives a person (at least men, not sure about women?) better muscle growth and strength than just test alone while using either estro blockers or estro inhibitors.
Just thought I'd throw that out there. No offense to you.
The only bad thing is when the estro gets too high, you get the sides along with it. My biggest concern being bitch tits.

Well, when women use Test they get E from aromatization just as you men and that E along with what our body is going to produce while taking AAS is enough (too much for some). Some women take anti-E's along with Test (I wouldn't) to combat that extra E. Topical progesterone during this time would be of greater benefit. :)

with your thoughts NB. My girl gained considerable water weight when she was on test. She was very frustrated, but I told her it was only temporary and when she came off it would go down. She is very happy with her results now that she is in her dieting phase. Her abs are coming in great and we can easily see the six pack. We can see much more muscle now than ever before and she still has about 10 weeks of dieting left.

I've got my girl on anavar right now.....she started at 10 per day for the first week and is now going up to 15 a day. This is a good dosage for a women, in fact it's the safest thing she could use. I'm not real sure if I'd get her on growth though....depends on her needs. Hope this helps. Take care,
