ADVICE ON PEAK PERFORMANCE
I am just wondering if any of you guys have little regimens set up for peaking strength.........For instance football players are tested in speed and bench rep among other things. I am looking for a night before the fact or day of routine that will help me to perform at the very peak of my ability. I train hard and am confident in my ability to do well but sometimes i feel that if i had a nudge i could go further..........any of you bro's know what i mean?
