For a bridge, use 10mg immediately upon waking. This should not suppress HPTA.

I've never used d-bol! .) But - that's gonna change veeery soon, as soon as my shit arrives - a whole shit-load of d-bol.
I'll be using it in my upcoming doggcrapp-style cycling and will try my first "cruise" using it for low-dose, morning only. Next cruise, I'll try 200mg phenyl prop per week (2 x 100mg) and compare products/results. I'm hoping that I retain as much during cruise with d-bol as with low-doe test!
I'll keep you all posted when I get rolling.

Yes, I am going to try it at the end of my cycle...I will let you know. But I never try and gain 20lbs. I stay pretty lean and keep the muscle I have gained.

i used morning d-ball 30mg per day for 4 weeks and didnt loose a thing worked great i say 30 but they were tts so it was probley more like 15mg ha ha

IMO you need to use a slightly higher dose for a decent muscle mass sparing effect. Bill Roberts theorised that upto 100mgs (yep, you read right) in a single dose would do little to inhibit the HPTA, I would suggest a more reasonable dose of 30mgs all a.m. but you must run an aromatase inhibitor along with it to avoid estrogenic inhibition from aromatisation. This type of dose still allows recovery to take place and will lead to virtually zero inhibition. Be careful of liver toxicity though, keep to max of 6 weeks IMHO........

Id use a non aromztizing oral, like one of **s winny/masterone/anavar type products. Take 50mg
ED. You may want to add a little dbol or A50 EOD or
less for an extra boost.
IMO-the 1 per day dose of dbol may not last in your system
very long, but the resulting aromatization will. And IMO it will
have a more negative effect on your HPTA than the androgen itself.

I have heard of Dbol bridges with as little as 10mg/day in the am.Some swear that they keep their gains from that.
Ironically our own testes produce approx 10mg/day.
Whether that little bit shuts down HPTA remains a subject of debate. Run a search on Cuttingedgemuscle.com for some interesting dialogue.

I'd spilt it up into "at least" 3 doses throughout the day - 4 would be even better. My first time with d-bol was 30mg ED (3 x 10mg) and it kicked my ass =)
