Talking New to the BB and got a couple questions?

Hey all!
Just wanted to say hi and ask a couple questions.
Ok here is the deal. Me and my brother-in-law have been hittin' the gym hardcore for about 4 months now. We are both 28, I'm about 5-11 and 190lbs and he is about 6-2 and about 240lbs.

We want to get HUGE, we've been eating right and trying out all types of crap that dosent seem to be doing anything to help.

Where is a good place to find stuff about how to do this? Every site i go to has conflicting information. "Take this" "Eat this" "Workout like this" "This will make you gain" "This will make you loose" "This protein is the best" "Bla Bla Bla" etc...... =gr)

We are thinkin' about some kinda anabolic help, but dont know how, where to get it, or what to get.

Any info ya got would help.

well

the best advice i could give would to be like all things in life, take what fits and works, shit can the rest. there are so many ways, because everyone responds different. but, on the subject of anabolics, everyone grows their first cycle, and tons. As far as obtaining them, you need to just sit tight, and watch the board. if someone contacts you, you need to verify them, there are good mods here, (bba big A) and they could tell you if the person who contacted you is a scammer or not etc... so just join in here, post awhile bro. get to know some folks, and you'll get plenty man.

Got another question since I'm here.
Whats a good protein powder to get?
I had Human Development whey and I liked that alot.
Great taste! I just got some Muscle Milk (kinda nasty tasting)
But liked the fact that it had some added stuff in it.
But the question is should I just stick to the whey and screw all the other crap (like Nytro-Tech or Muscle Milk) with all that added crap in it? Or is something like Nytro-Tech, Muscle Milk, etc.. good?

Oh yeah one more question, is the stuff on this site real:

or a bunch of crap?

Sit tight you found some good bros.
The good sources wont find you , you will have to find
them. Look for words such as Domestic or well Just read the threads and you will catch on fast. When you do score some lists
Make sure they Are backed by one of our mods.

AS far AS getting HUGE...
Its simple... EAT BIG .LIFT BIG .AND LOTS of TESTOSTERONE
OHH yeah also try jerking off three times EOD. Heard that makes
the test kick in hard. Hope this helps

sit tight bro, Rome wasn't built in a day. rajjin could't be more right. EAT BIG, LIFT BIG, PERIOD. As far as anabolics go You need to get some more time under your belt before you even think about them. DO all of the natural gaining that you can as those you will not lose. YOur diet is the most important. EAT EAT EAT!!!!!!!!!!.

My favorite protein is prolab.

First of all, take it easy. Don't try to jump the gun.
You need about 2 years of PROPER training and nutrition beofre you touch any any gear.

Don't train any more than 3 times a week, spliting the body 3 ways.
EAT!!! Lots of protein. Sleep 8 to 10 hoursa night, EVERY night.

Then, after 2 years of this, you will be ready to try gear.

DOn't make things more complicated than they need to be.

Any protein powder will be fine for you, so just go by the taste. Don't replace meals with the powder, rather add it to your meals.

Ok so like, Just Monday, Wed and Friday..
Is that enough?

example
Monday: Chest and Back
Wed: Arms
Friday: Legs and shoulders

We've been going 5 days splitting the body in 3
Kinda like above but Mon, Tues, Wed, Then on Thurs we redo
Mon and Friday we redo Tues and the next monday we start
with Wed... get it? Is that over training?

That is overtraining. You have only been in the gym for 4 months. The rest is the most important.
