water retention?

I did some research but didnt find what I was looking for. I was just wondering if there is anything I can take to help with all of this water I am retaining from deca...I am in the middle of a 12 week cycle.

take some armidex for the retention... you can take about .5mg ed for the dose

If deca is the only AS you are taking, Arimidex will do nothing to help. It is an aromatase inhibitor, and aromatase does not act on nandrolone, only the 19-methylated AS like test, dbol, etc.

What does your cycle consist of?
