Good questions...
My theory is that it doesn't matter when you take it. The reason GH is so effective is that it is a primal hormone in the human body. The human body, as we all know very well, is one of the most intricate machines ever imagined... If you play with its natural and intrinsic functions enough... you're bound to get a response... sometimes good and sometimes not so desireable.
Personally (and I am not knocking those of you who do indulge) I would never take GH. As for no studies done on individuals taking GH after puberty and beyond, I don't think there is ever a point when your body says, "ok... you can use GH now and and the cancerous cells will not mutate and become malignant as a consequence as they did when I was younger."
Just my opionion bro's... there obviously hasn't been enough studies on GH to prove that in adults it overwhelmingly causes these cells to mutate either...
