Where Florida's best train!

hey bros im going on a 3 week vacation to orlando florida and i was wondering if any of you bros from that area know where the best train??...sorry for not beeing around much.like i said before when im on my cycle is 110% cycle nothing more and i dont have much time to post lke when off...giving out WHAT UP to the mods..buffarat, priest943, rajizy....etc....sorry if i forgot anyone...

Yup, sure do. Thats where I live bro. If you want to train for free you can come to my gym. It isn't hardcore by any means, but has what you need to get the job done. The only set back is our db's only go to 70lbs., which is a bitch. Other than that, there is Bally's, but I wouldn't go there... to many fags.lol There is a Gold's Gym nearby as well. I'll PM you with my info here if you need to get in touch.

I curl them. I like to bench more anyways. Sometimes I'll hit a set of bench and superset some db presses with em. I'm trying to get the owner to buy some 110's, but doesn't seem like he's going to budge... oh well. Give me a barbell, power rack and a lot of weight and thats all I need.

GAINESVILLE GYM $4.00 DAY PASS $20.00 a month
its a hardcore gym only the big boys play here chalk on the floor dudes puke in the parking lot on ocassion,its hard to find a squat rack thats not being occupied & our dumbells only go to 170 lbs
its exactly 1 hr from orlando this is by far one of the best gyms ive trained in!"if you dont have at least 130 lb dumbells you can kiss my ass".
