I'd run the winstrol daily instead of EOD, and next cycle (unless you can get some quickly) run arimidex instead of nolva. I absolutly hate nolvadex with a passion. If you're trying to get a little leaner, try subsituting fat's for carbs. e.g. if you drop carbs by 50g's, increase your fat intake by 20g's. If you drop carbs by 100g, increase fat by 40-45g's. That way your kcal intake stays very close and you don't have problems with insulin-induced fat storage.
