Really you need to add in some additional test especially with the T3, it is very catabolic and will eat up your muscle tissue as well as fat, it doesn't care.
Also keep
protein intake high but moderate carbs, you can force mild hypoglycemia on T3, but probably at higher doses.
I agree with WCP on slowly does it, I tend to use in short spurts and then off to keep the thyroid confused.
