Possible infection. Need advice.

I took a shot of cytahoh (sp?) in my delt a couple days ago. Now the surrounding area (about a 4" diameter) has turned red and warm but there is no bump. I've heard that this type of sustanon may be dirty. I'm curious if I should start taking penicillin or just let it go away by itself. I don't think it's an abcess because there is no bump, but the skin is red and warm. Also, is it necessary to 'cook' these amps? I've never worried about amps before. Thanks for any input.

dont sweat it just yet.
if the redness and warmness get worse, worry. but if it has only been a few days chill. the shoulders really take a blow when injecting sus250 in such a small area, i mean, some can't sit fopr days when they inject it in their ass. this is why i quit sus250 products. i just use cyp or enth. fuck sus250, the only difference is the ester... so fuck the pain

GOOD ADVICE THERE BRO. IT WONT KILL YOU IN A WEEK. SLEEP EASY. I HAVE THOUGHT I HAD AN INFECTION LIKE 100 TIMES. AND NOT ONCE DID I, BUT THEY DO HAPPEN. JUST RIDE IT OUT. I HAVE HAD LUMPS FOR WEEKS, AND SORE SHOT AREAS PREVENTING ME FROM SITTING DOWN FOR LIKE 20 DAYS ETC.... SUSTANON IS WICKED SHIT, ESPECIALLY THE DAMNED TTOKKYO SHIT....
