quad injections...
I was wondering, in a quad injection, how deep should I go? I have 23g x 1" needles. Would those be fine?:help:

Hey bro what's up? I use 23g x 1 1/2in and my legs are pretty small. Never had a problem with quad injections. If your legs are really lean 1in would probably be fine but the deeper the better as long as you do not hit bone.

Ohh, is that why my F'N leg twiches sometimes! Cause I hit a nerve, damn... it sucks... twitching when the needle's inside you! its happened to me a few times... but to be honest, it wasnt a big deal... i've never been sore for too long after a shot. 1/2 hour after my shot and I've already forgot that I did it

Would it be okay to inject 3 cc's of enanthate into the quad, because that's what I've got loded in the syringe just waiting to be injected.

3cc is fine. Quads are the most painful site IMO.
No big deal, but I always hit a nerve or something.
1 minute of ice before helps tons. :help:

I would never go more than 2cc per injection site per week. But I would try 3cc and see, maybe you will be fine. What happens when you inject too much is that the oil will leak out of your muscle and into your sub q layer which is you fat layer and your skin will turn red and warm to the touch. No big deal but you just wasted some juice. It happened to me in my shoulders, so you might be fine in the quad, it's up to you. Hope that helps.

Ive never hit a nerve but for some reason or another quat injections although I do them always make me feel queasy.
There is just no way my ass can take that abuse all the time.
Peace,
WCP

Quads
They are a good site for me. I always use the outer part of the quad. Just stick it straight in that outer quad and inject. I always inject at least 3ccs at a shot and rarely have any pain or problems unless I get too close to the bottom of the quad. Then I get some stiffness and swelling down to the knee.
I rotate sides and just move injection site by a half inch each time either up or down.

25ga 1" in quads works for me. My only problem is not hitting a blood vessel. I must have alot of them in my quads. Usually hit 2-3cc in the quad without a problem. My dad is an RN and he said 25ga 5/8" will work just fine for a 2cc shot. It takes a little longer using a smaller pin but why punch a bigger hole than necessary.

5/8" seems awfully short of a needle to use in the quad. Don't get me wrong, I would love to use that short of needle but I just do not agree with that statement. Sorry bro.

I think quad injections are my least favorite. But, one of the most important things to remember is to be in a position where your quad (or whatever muscle you are injecting) is as relaxed as possible. This has always helped me inject easier with less pain.

I generally go 25x1" or even 5/8 and have no problems. I really have problems hearing horror stories of guys pushing through scar tissue or having it cut out. Smaller size less scaring Also a relaxed muscle may not always be the best way to go. Got good results from flexing bi's then shooting.:kickass:
