insulin mixtures confused!!

just clicked onto a site from the states which is selling insulin its an on line chemist,however its got the ratios by the sides of the vials for example 50/50 25/75 what do these meen are they different strengths anyone enlighten me!!

The only one you want to use is the "R". Don't worry about all the others as they stay in your system wayyyyy too long.

Or humalog which is faster acting and shorter lasting than R.
Either way-make SURE you know all about which brand you are using!!! (w)

Thanks guys it took me back abit thats all,as i am ready to do a gh +slin course 6weeks out from the show im going with the r as most say this is a good one to start of with.Thanks again
