deca/propecia question

i am thinking in terms of my next cycle..1cc sus 2cc deca for 10wks..i am currently using propecia, will this cause a problem with deca?

The reason some say not to use proscar while on Deca is because the 5 alpha reductase( which proscar, propecia, finasteride block) in the hair follicle converts Deca to a more potent adrogen in the hair follicle -- in other words Deca is less androgenic on the hair without proscar than with it. Sust on the other hand is just the opposite, 5 alpha reductase converts test into DHT, which is what makes your hair fall out. I don't know how Deca will affect your hair, but without proscar in a cycle with test its gonna fall out anyway if your are follicularly challenged. I use proscar with deca in a cycle and haven't had any problem. I have used finasteride in some form or another for about 3 years, have all my hair. All the other men in my family are chrome domes. i have a friend with a full head of hair that swears deca makes his hair fall out and refuses to use it. Anyway, good luck.

Yep finasteride doesn't go well with deca for the reasons mentioned above. Dihydronandrolone is barely androgenic whilst nandrolone is.

BTW on a side note if you're trying to tell if you'll suffer from male pattern baldness you should look at your mother's side of the family. The father's side is irrelevant as the evil genes are carried on the X chromosome.

Good advice from above IMO. If you are decided on that cycle, you would be better advised to look into the topically applicated protection of anti-androgens like spironolactone etc..

Maybe you could switch to eq or primo instead of deca, I have never lost much hair due to supp usage.

Eq is a good alternative for deca in my opinion.............don't know its conflicting sides with propecia though...I know you have set your cycle but you may want to consider this. Later buffarat.
