I got this video about two weeks before this years Olympia. Very Impressive!!!! He is freaking huge.... It was funny on one part of the video, he is talking to the camera saying " I train shoulders and NECKS on Wednsday". I thought that was a mistake so I rewinded it, it was funny as hell. I am in no way dissing Ronnie, I have talked to him on occasion at some of the local shows here in Texas.. I just thought Mitsuko would have edited that.. Maybe it slipped...

I try to train my necks on weds. also, its best if you do it in the shower.
