Couple slin questions....

Couple slin questions....

I'm doing some research, and thinking of giving slin a try this winter. I want to get as much info on it as I can before I do it though. Just a couple thoughts that ran through my mind...I'm sure there will be more before I get started....

1. If you're injecting in the morning, can you do cardio before, then inject and take in your carbs?

2. If you are wanting to use 3 shots per day and workout in the early evening, then when are the best times to inject? I know morning and post-workout, but would the other one be ok to take around 1pm or so? I know it's a bad idea to take it less than 4 hours before bed.

Dude--insulin is way to dangerous of a chemical to play with. Stick with the tried and true AS combos out there--don't risk diabetes and maybe your life on some gains--where do you want to look good at the beach or a coffin?

Yes.

Depends how early you wake up. If you are using hum-r, then if you allow 6 hours between shots, you will be OK. But you will be extremelly pleased with just 2 shots a day.

Thanks. I am going to be using Humilin-R, and I have done a ton of research. I figured that I would start with 2iu per injection and wok my way way up towards 15iu at a time. I had heard the life of it was 4 hours, so I was thinking of having them spaced out like that, but if you say 6, then 6 it is. I know you know what you're doing just from reading your posts and I trust your advice. I'm looking forward to packing on the mass this next cycle.

You won't feel anything on 2IU. 3IU every few hours is used to bring someone into ketosis, without any sides.
Start at 10IU.

Ok, I had just figured I'd ease into it....but I guess that would be kinda like taking 100mg of test everyweek trying to ease into gear. Never really looked at it like that.

BTW, I kinda planned out my diet for this cycle a little and want to hear some expert opinions on the timing and content of it all. I went ahead and configured it to work with 15iu of slin since that's what I'm planning on working towards. I don't have a job or anything like that to get in the way of my bodybuilding, so it's pretty easy for me to make adjustments to my schedule. My friend (who happens to be a really big dude....like 320 and in good shape) helped me plan it out.

10:00am - Cardio (64oz. Water)
4 caps ECA

10:30am - Humilin-R 15iu
50g dextrose
50g whey
20g creatine
20g glutamine
1000mg HCA
32oz. Water

11:00am - 100g dextrose
50g whey
32oz. Water

11:30am - ½ serving of N-Large
40g whey
32oz. water

1:00pm - 2 mashed sweet potatoes
6oz. chicken breasts
32oz. Water

3:30pm - 6oz. Beef
1 cup broccoli
12oz. Diet coke

5:00pm - 1 cup brown rice
6oz. Chicken
32oz. Water

5:30pm - 4 caps ECA
10g glutamine
32oz. Water

6:00pm - Workout (96oz. Water)

7:00pm - Humilin-R (15iu)
50g dextrose
50g whey
20g creatine
20g glutamine
1000mg HCA
32oz. Water

7:30pm - 100g dextrose
50g whey
32oz. Water




8:00pm - ½ serving of N-Large
40g whey
32oz. Water

9:30pm - 6oz. Chicken breast
½ cup zucchini
½ cup onion
1 cup rice
12oz. Diet coke

12:30am - 70g casein
30g whey
32oz. water


558g protein
575g carbs

what gear are you going to be running with it if any? If you are taking AAS with this, I would recommend dropping the creatine dosage or dropping it all together.

bro, no need for creatine with this cycle! Save your money and use it post cycle to help keep weight and strength up. I tried this and its really helped!

It was my understanding that insulin made creatine that much more effective. Am I wrong? I was planning on using 150mg of suspension, 100mg of d-bol, 112.5mg fina, and 50mg winny everyday. I also heard it was best to use the insulin 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off.....is that what everyone here recommends as well?
