Good cycle for a 17 yr old
What would be a good cycle for a 17 year old, and saying you shouldnt juice when your a teen isnt even going to be taken to mind. something not too strong of course, and obviously no HGH. just try to stick to the basics, anyone got any advice on what not to do through experience?

oh my stats are 6'5 210 lbs 8% bf. my goals are to be at least 275 by the time im 22. ive been lifting for almost a year and a half, and ill be turning 17 in 6 months.

at your age, THERE ARE NO GOOD CYCLES!!!!! i am 40 and have been training my whole life and only recently have been on primobolan depot and winny...TRAIN HARD and EAT RIGHT and gain experience!!!!

my advice for a good cycle for you, would be a good cycle of creatine and glutamine...stay away from the AS for now

well i got six more months of hardcore training and if i dont get the results i want then im gonna juice. i wanta know why i wouldnt get anything out of steroids, most people say you wont get anything out of using steroids at this age which just doesnt make any sense. im more curious about people who have taken steroids when they were my age and had a bad experience, or if it was just the certain drug they took, or how they took it, that made the foul up

Hi, im only 20yrs old so not far of your age. I ran a 6wk cycle and made sum moderate gains. While im happy with the gains i don't think it was the right choice in the end. I wen't stupid and my life became consumed with just training. My college work just faded into a distant memory and my job became a means simply to get more gear. Everything became a waste of my time if it wasn't about getting bigger, and that included family, friends and my wonderful girlfriend. While this is only my experience and i may stand alone, I would seriously reconsider your goals and time frame for doing so. Your still young, we both are for that matter, and have a long time ahead. Remember the good comes with the bad, so make sure your smart about it.

( mine did right away ) do you have kids? no of course not, your 17...do you wanna have kids...cause you will be rolling the dice with your ability to have them in the future. best advice i can give you, go get an inch and a half 22 gauge needle setup, and just look at it for a while...cause that fucker has to sink all the way to the hilt into your ass cheek a couple times a week...and if you think you can handle injecting yourself, then fill your syringe with brain tissue and shoot it into your ear....

I do have a girlfriend and honestly i could care less about how anyone sexually felt about me. first of all, its not like my nuts are going to be used on a regular basis. second of all, im a bodybuilder, not a lover, bodybuilding comes before everything. i can take a needle, needles are the least of my problems.

creatine.................protien................lo ts of food.........2000calories a day+ and stack all that with some serious H2O. you will get fucking huge..............Seriously, dont waste your natural testosterone........get as much out of being a young man as you can. that way when you are a bit older you will get a ton more out of AAS. tallmofo- listen to what they are saying. I juiced when I was your age and it fucked a lot of things up. Think about it, your natural test is flying high, so you would need a minimum of 500-750mg of test/week just to make gains. Your mind and body are still developing. I have done research on the mind and hormone applications, and when its fucked with at that age, you can cause lifelong mental problems. Do I have these... no, and thank god for that. What did happen to me is that I shut down my natural test and lost all the gains. I would have been way better off just eating/lifting and resting. You are being really fucking immature with your remarks about how you aren't a lover and shit. Do you wanna be able to fuck when you are 20+yrs old? Myself and the bros that just posted know more than you when it comes to this stuff. So if you want to take the advice we have given you, then great, that is what you should do. If you still want to juice because you are too impatient and stupid, then by all means, go fuck yourself up, and don't ask for any more advice since you won't follow it anyways. On another note, by using AAS at your age you will short yourself on genetic limitations... think about it.

I think early 20's is a good age to start. At least wait until you get out of your teens.

Not that this wasn't said 1000 times, but listen to everyone. I'm 26 and did my first 6 week cycle when I was 22 and then not again till I was 24. Enjoy your natural hormones now and build a nice base. Then go to college and house the all you can eat buffets.
Load up on creatine and calories.

A year and a half to 2 years of training is insufficient. Lets put the age issue aside for a minute. Even if you were older, I'd still say that you need way more gym experience than you currently have. Get about 5 years of hard training under your belt. You'll have a much better understanding of your body at that point. I think the inexperience factor should be as great a concern as your age. That's just my opinion.

Sorry if I wasn't nice tallmofo, but to get a point across you sometimes got to be a dick. BK just made a great point on your training exp. Sure you may train hard, but you still don't have the experience under you belt to have established the proper mind/muscle connection. True instictive training is only acquired after many grueling hours in the gym. I've been training for 7yrs now, since I was 15. I didn't even learn my body and what is best for me until last year. And I think that I'm ahead of many others my age. Take BK's advice with great respect and then wait until you are at least 21-22 yrs old before you juice. I am on a cycle right now, but after this I plan on taking 6months off to train naturally. The earlier you start, the faster you reach genetic limits and that means you will have to use more juice to get the same results. If I would have waited, I would have been a lot bigger by the time I am 25.
Why don't you post your workout and diet and lets see just how experienced you are as far as training/diet protocol. All we are trying to do is steer you in the correct path. If you have friends that are juicing and getting huge, let them be. They will lose it and most likely end up w/bitch tits cause they didn't come off properly.

When your natural test levels are peaking why not use those to your advantage instead of taking risks with your overall health?
If I could have kept my test levels where they were at age 17 I would have never starting using AAS in the first place, I grew like crazy back then. Listen to these guys, its not like they are trying to hog all the juice in the world for themselves.

there is realy nothing that i can add that hasnt been said but like bk said you should have atleast 5 years under your belt before you hit the gear get as far as you can on your own and then use the roids to go past that on a side note i was bodybuilding 8 years before even thinking of useing gear

Wait until you're at least 21 but preferably 25 when you're test production starts going down somewhat. Make the most out of your own juice that your body produces on its own.

i think intensity is were you wanna puke after virtually ever set. you even get chunks in your mouth. and ive gone from 155 to 210 in about 5 months, increased considerably, not a whole lot in body fat though. i eat at least 3500 cals a day, getting at least 200 grams of protein. my split is
1.chest
2. abs ( i just do em at home)
3. back, traps
4. tris, calves
5. legs (squats), (leg press)
6. abs again
7. bi's, shoulders

Wheres the deadlifts, I hope you are doing those. You should also seperate your shoulder and chest workouts by at least another day. Hitting shoulders day 7 and then chest the next day will inhibit proper growth of your shoulders and lessen your intesity on chest days. All else seems to look fine. So you gained 55lbs. in 5months naturally and you are bitching about not growing. Don't worry about not gaining bodyfat, that is because your growth hormone levels are very high at your age. Up your protein to 250-300g/day and you will grow more. make sure your post workout meal consist of a ton of simple and complex carbs as well as a shitload of proteins, fast and slow digesting. Before bed take in a slow digesting proteing such as casein... cottage cheese is good before bed. If you aren't gaining fat, then eat everything in site. Surplus calories are essential for optimal growth.

ive gained a healthy amount of fat. ive increases by about 5 to 6% percent from 6, so im 12% now. and there is a day between shoulders and chest, guess i just forgot to put it in. i hate deadlifts, but i do em. really cottage cheese? i use to always eat tons of it before i went to bed, never knew it was good for me. i heard peanut butter was good before bed, anyone know why, ive been eating like 2 peanut butter sandwiches before bed for a few days now.
