Use either humalog (if you can get it) or humilin "R". Hit it right after your workout and consume 10 grams of carbs for every 1 IU of insulin. I would start off with 5 IU and SLOWLY work your way up.
Reason I say do it after your workout is because you need to get used to the feeling first. You don't want to go hypo in a workout. Once you get used to it, you can take it before, during or after.
Don't forget to NOT consume any fats for a few hours after the shot. Insulin will make you a fatty very fast.
