Thanks for the replies to my other posts. I just dont understand what i have done wrong. Before my 1st cycle i looked around all the forums for the best advice and also asked questions. I was told that 1st cycle would be good gains at 400mg decca and 250mg sust for 8wks. I did 2nd cycle at 500mg sust and 400mg decca and although my strength was very much increased i did not see much increase in mass. I think i ate alright and i drank plenty of water and had
protein drinks throught the day. I trained 4 times a wk for 45 mins at a time and only one body part per wk. I am soon to start my 3rd cycle can any of u advise my what is the best to take.
