Not happy with cycles

Thanks for the replies to my other posts. I just dont understand what i have done wrong. Before my 1st cycle i looked around all the forums for the best advice and also asked questions. I was told that 1st cycle would be good gains at 400mg decca and 250mg sust for 8wks. I did 2nd cycle at 500mg sust and 400mg decca and although my strength was very much increased i did not see much increase in mass. I think i ate alright and i drank plenty of water and had protein drinks throught the day. I trained 4 times a wk for 45 mins at a time and only one body part per wk. I am soon to start my 3rd cycle can any of u advise my what is the best to take.
sorry to go on but i would like some help please.

Do 1,000mg test/week and 600mg Deca per week. Add to that 30 to 40mg/day d-bol and watch yourself EXPLODE! Oh, and eat as much protein as possible - aim towards 500g per day.
You've been using way too low doses, especially for a second cycle.

well the onley thing i see is in all that sus and deca once you remove all the deca your onley geting 300mg of real test and remove the prop cause its onley good for 1-2 days tops your not left with much if you tried 500-750 eth or cyp and 400-500 deca that should do it but then again you could always do what i do if im not geting what i want i up it a little more and eat more till im where i want to be

IF you want size toss in some Dbol and make sure you take lots of protein.........like 600-800g/day........I had the same shit happen in that i was strong as hell but didn't gain weight. I tossed in 40mg of dbol and upped my protein intake.....the weight piled on. Good luck, buffarat I was also taking 800mgs ARA test with 600mg Deca 500mg EQ for 8weeks.

And be sure to EAT. Most people don't eat nearly enought to gain weight. Make a weekly appointment at you favorite all you can eat buffet. Stick to basic exercises and heavy weights with barbells and dumbells. And, as others have said, UP THE DOSE! Dbol is a great addition to a mass cycle and it works for me every time.

Yeah you know with a marinade syringe..........thats what I do...LOL seriously though .............mg's jockyboy. Im sure you already knew it but i feel better knowing my info didnt kill you. God Damn! 600-800g....that would be intense.

BUT BUT BUT - to have not really grown on what you were on before, leads me to think you may not truly have eaten too well - were you eating "clean" or were you really EATING?! Gear will be very ineffective unless you eat enough to get the most from it. And enough is a shitload!!!!! IronMike

I doubt it's his amount of gear that's keeping him from growing. Chances are his diet sucks. Dont forget diet, training then juice.
