protein one should consume...the doc told him that someone should not go on with 2 grams per pound of body weight for a very long time, it puts a strain on your kidneys...he said ideally you should shoot for about 1.25 grams per pound of body weight...that is the amount they put burn victims in the hospital on and they require large amounts of
protein for recovery...just my two cents
