tren is finaplix, and not diluted.

finaplix is trenbolone acetate. they are the same thing. Before i could answer how much you should take, give us some histroy, first cycle? etc. Sides depend on how long, and how much you take. there are many ways to take trenbolone as well.

A cycle with ten that is similar to what I am presently doing looks like this:

fina 76mg ED1-10
winny 50EOD 1-10
test enanthate 1000mg per week 1-10
arimidex .5 eod

The only side effects I have had are: incredible pumps so bad they hurt like hell and so damn good, from the tren. Sex drive maxed out due to test and possible tren, but without the test I have heard fina dick is pretty limp.
I have zero bloat, strenth is awesome, bench up 100lbs slow controlled reps no bouncing crap, and I have leaned out real good 3 inches off my waist, increased 1" bicep, 2" chest, 1.5" legs and .75 on calves and my back is starting to come on line nicely.
A touch of acne on my shoulders.
I also take milk thistle, cran extract, glucosimine and cho. combo, vit c, saw pawmento and prime rose oil.

This would be my first cycle with anything and i',m looking for one that is going to get me stong and lean without excess bulking the replies i've gotten is fina is the way to go i'm not looking to cycle for a long period of time just enoygh to be effective and without major sides i'm trying to get enough info to where i feel comfortable with what i'm doing so i'm grateful for all the advice i'm getting here i've searched the net for a month and didn't get as much info as i have here in two days

a good first would be

37mg per day fina
50 winny eod
test 500mg per week

You could do 75mg EOD instead of 37mg per day fina. 37mg ED is probably a little more effective than EOD.
