Around 5pm today at gym doing Arnold presses; was after doing military presses and I was on my third set of Arnolds when I felt a "twinge" in my neck/trap area on right side. I stopped my workout got my shit &
amp; came home...I new this was not going to be good; so I came home and popped 2 400mg Skelaxin muscle relaxers, hopped in the shower with it on massage as hot as I could stand it and ran the hot water out. Got out put an ice pack on the area for 30 minutes and 2 hours later hooked the tense unit up to it after popping 400mg more Skelaxin. Went to bed arond 10pm after 200mg more Skelaxin and a percocet. Now it is 2am I can't move my damn head to left / right or down. I just popped 400mg more Skelaxin and am debating on wether I should start a Methylprednisone 4mg dose pack with breakfast. If ya got any suggestions I'm listening, this is going to SUCK ASS trying to workout to get ready for this up coming show. Oh, pressently at 1200 mg test a/wk - 400mg EQ a/wk - 50mg stanzolic eod if it matters ...(mainly pertaining to the Methylprednisone pack)
