do you ever fear you are hurting yourself?
do you ever lay in bed at night and think about what you might be doing to your body?

Yes, I do. Especially when other pros are getting more and more sides (they are not publicised). I personally can feel it in my body that it cannot handle what I used to do to it 5years ago, 8 years ago, etc. And my life outside of bodybuildig is so good, what I have to do in bodybuilding scares me sometimes. But, it's my obsession and my hobby so we'll see...
So far, I have never had any serious side effects (just HPTA temporarily shut down, etc - all usual stuff) but I am worried about the future.

Do You Thik About It
Hell yes! As the years pass it consumes my mind more and more. As one with a few health issues, Hep C and 5 herniated discs I am always concerned with my approach to body building and life in general. The stuff we do is very serious and some will pay a heavy price for what the do. Research and knowledge is the key to enable you to make educated desissions. Know what the risks are and be sensible. Example, because of my Hep C, I do not take any orals and load ALA for liver protection. I really feel the guys that are hurting themselves the most does not come from AAS . Its all the other more exotic drugs being used. I think DNP, Slin and others are the cause of most problems. I mean have you ever read what DNP is and use for!! Holy shazit

I constantly worry about it. I worry about being in the game too long and wearing my body ragged until the only thing left is a dysfunctional thyroid, unresponsive organs, and a trip to prison.
I have a wonderful wife and son to think about, and since the birth of my son and my marriage Ive been humbled and my ego is not so much a part of my personality anymore. I love BB more than just about anything but I also know that since I dont compete that its time to hang it up next spring and just stay natural.
I know Ill always be bigger than 70% of the American population natural or juiced and my boy will always think Daddy is bigger than Superman and thats just fine with me.
Peace,
WCP

I was kinda paranoid when I first started, not knowing what to really expect. Now, it doesn't really bother me considering all the health problems that everyday poeple face in their lives (the ones that don't take AAS. I guess maybe I haven't done enuff to have a lot of fear yet.

Yeah, I'm getting little worried. Walking around at a body weight of 300 pounds has to be taking a toll. My juicing days are about over.

I always think about what is going on in my body when i'm on the shit. I mean it can't be good for you. I stay away from all oral gear and drink all the water i can everyday.

i have always trained natural for 20 yrs..i recently started using primo 2cc per week...very mild and zero sides..blood pressure 110/70 cholesterol 160, 55 hdl..no moodiness, no sexual sides, no gyno, but only modest gains....SAFTEY IS MOST IMPORTANT to me..1 cycle per year of 2-3cc primo and you should be safe!

I think about it also. However I only do cycle once or twice a yerar now. All my kids are gone from home and my wife and I have one Ten year old left at home. I have been focausing on health more these days. My son has been after me for some time to build a hotrod. So I just bought a old 72 nova SS to restore, him and I ride to the gym in it and he loves to work on it with me.
