Can I use a 5cc needle to inject something that is waterbased like l-carnitine? I would be injecting into the larger muscle groups with this amount. Thanks for your advise.

Yes, that's what I was trying to say. Would it be ok to pump 5cc's of l-carnitine in one shot?(quad or glute)

5cc's of anything anywhere is too much, especially if you will do that often - L-carnt should be inj every day. I would not go over 3ml per site.
