After reading tons of info on DNP over the past year and a half I took to plunge recently and starting using it.
First 5 days: 200mg daily to test for any allergic reaction.
Results: I had no redness or rashing on the skin, the two most commonly found reactions to DNP. A slight warming feeling after day 3, but did not bother to check my bodyweight.
Days 6-current: 400mg daily, one tab in the a.m. one in the p.m.
Results: By my second day at 400mg I became very warm and began sweating almost constantly, with the worst sweating while I sleep. I upped my carbs even though Im dieting because they further increase the thermogenic effects of DNP and you can easilly tell this after a high carb meal.
DNP has little effect on muscle
protein but Im keeping my
protein very high just as well. Im very lethargic and dont feel like working out at all. Im going to come off of it Sun. or Mon. and give my body a week to 2 week break before going back on. Im holding water right now on it but my bodyweight is decreasing very steadilly in what seems to be about 2lb increments almost daily.
In a resting state DNP increases your resting metabolic rate by 20-30% so its like doing light cardio 24/7.
Im drinking around 3 gallons of water daily and staying full of anitioxidants, especially Vit.E and Vit.C. Im also stacking this with xenadrine 3x daily and 15mg a day of yohimbine hcl.
Im really liking the results thus far and cant wait to see what they look like when the water is excreted.
