Hell - I'm 49 and know that I haven't peaked yet!!! I'm still gaining lean body mass, actually better than when younger - maybe cause I'm smarter about it now. Listen to these bros giving you advice.
I fluctuate between 180 and 200 lbs (off and on) and know I'll break the 200 lbs barrier (5' 6" small frame - <6-1/4" wrist probably ~8% BF now). I'm in a cutting phase now and in-between cycles. I'm eating about 420g ED of
protein. I'll go into a bulking phase by end of summer and probably up that to 600g ED. Then come late winter, I'll cut for a contest.
There's a REAL STRONG mind connection in bodybuilding. If you're not telling yourself you're getting huge, you subconsciously won't do the right things it takes.
