This old man needs to keep growing

Hi Guys,for the last six months I have made no gains my last course was EG 400mgs+test+winney50mgs per day for ten weeks I gained ten pounds but four weeks on lost it all I took clomid four weeks 50+100+50 I am eating well loads of protien and trainning five times per week is there a course that I will hold the gains with out the bloating or at the age of forty and lifting weights for 24 years am I to old to gain more mucsle?.

Let's see... 5 days a week is too much training. Ho wmuch is loads of protein? Probabaly not enough. How much sleep do you get every night? How much test were you on?

since when is training 5 days a week too much? thats hiting each muscle group atleast once a week. I disagree

Since you won't have time to recover properly. Firstly your nervous system has to recover after a workout, then your muscles and only then will your muscles begin to grow.

Exactly! There's a 3 word training recipe for gaining mass: Brief, infrequent, and heavy.

You grow at home, not in the gym.

just sat down and worked out my protien 260grams over 5 meals
over the years have done all the splits i will look at maybe one on one off see how that goes.

Hell - I'm 49 and know that I haven't peaked yet!!! I'm still gaining lean body mass, actually better than when younger - maybe cause I'm smarter about it now. Listen to these bros giving you advice.

I fluctuate between 180 and 200 lbs (off and on) and know I'll break the 200 lbs barrier (5' 6" small frame - <6-1/4" wrist probably ~8% BF now). I'm in a cutting phase now and in-between cycles. I'm eating about 420g ED of protein. I'll go into a bulking phase by end of summer and probably up that to 600g ED. Then come late winter, I'll cut for a contest.

There's a REAL STRONG mind connection in bodybuilding. If you're not telling yourself you're getting huge, you subconsciously won't do the right things it takes.

I just wondered if anybody had any problems with the 19 norandrstack 2 and decavar. Been on it 3 days now and started getting nosebleeds. I didn't get nosebleeds on deca and sus. The "only" reason I got off of the real deal is because the wife started throwing a friggin fit. Or trust me i would still be on it. I gained 20= pounds on deca and sus, plus 50+ on my bench!
