am I deformed??
No this isnt the place for this post but I figured if i post it here i have the most chance of gettin an answer since no one has answered my ?'s. In the training section. I want to start competiting in bodybuilding, im finally getting ripped to see what I really look like, im about 8-9%bodyfat right now. Heres my question ive been told by my Parents and others that im chicken breasted I've noticed over my 6pac I have a this what appears to be a wide bar shaped muscle that sicks out, it goes horizontally like if i had a 7th ab above the 6, I am wondering if this will make me lose points in bodybuilding, and if this will keep me from ever goin to the top in the sport. Please give me an answer I hope to compete in a few months.
