elbow pain

Hey guys/gals out there, i have recently been to the DR. and he told me i have bone spurs in my elbow. The pain is pretty severe especially when i bench press, even on the smith machine. I have recently been doing Incline press on the smith machine with little pain, heavy flyes and heavy dips...will this do the job for chest?? my developement in my chest is outstanding..OR elbow surgery..has anyone had the spurs removed??

i have them. i just switched my training around and found what didnt hurt me. also, started to go a lot lighter.

is done arthroscopally and rehab is quick! But only as last alternative.

My doc told me I too had a bone spur. A very good powerlifter put me on reverse curls with very light weight regimine for 4 weeks and it went away. I had this pain for over a year and it was BAD. Dude
