hey everybody, iv been training for about a year now all natural, and was just wondering what kind of stuff i should start off with if i was to start using some Help =) ive gotten pretty good gains from things like
creatine and the normal stuff, but lets face it i wanna be big!!-/ like im sure most of you have made the same decision as im trying to make, some ppl have already thought im on the stuff, but i really want to know what to take and what effects its going to have etc. etc.?? ive been reading all your posts and stuff and its all been heaps informative, you guys rock -/ but im not really clued in on this stuff and really would like to learn the JUICE's A...B....C's if u know what i mean? sorry if any of you guys who are like pros when it comes to this stuff get pissed off about me asking some simple stuff, im just trying to get where most of yous are today! =) so any help possible i would be extremely happy to learn! thanks heaps (in advance)
