supplement use on a cycle

Ok I have always heard taking your supplements while on a cycle makes them work much better, especially something like Protien. Can someone explain why and which supplements would work best duing a cycle?

Supplements I believe work well with a any cycle

1)protein--AAS causes protein synthesis to increase, so supplementing with more protein will help add more mass

2)Muilti-Vitamin-needed to meet and beat the requirements needed for a training individual

3) Anti-Oxidants--To help combat the workout generated free radicals, and any oxidative damage caused by injecting gear. Also helps to slow down overwork by the immune system.

4)milk-thistle--help keep liver values lower

5)THATS IT. Regardless of what supplement companies push, the rest of your calaories and supplements should come from good ol fashioned food. Sure you could use creatine and a thermogenic but each is used for specific goals. The above list should be used for any course.

How bad would thermogenics (if any) hurt your gains. I have used stuff like Ripped Fuel when I wasn't on a cycle and it worked great to shed the fat. But at the same time, I lost some lean muscle with it. Do you think thermos would be hurtful to gains during a cycle?

I supplemented my last cycle with lots and lots of protein shakes, and I have to say that added with a plentiful diet of healthy food, you can make great gains. I relied heavily on my shakes to get over more grams of protein than my body weight. Personally, with my schedule, I have a difficult time getting the proper amounts from regular food alone.

any supplement you take while off, you can take while on. I would rethink adding e/c/a depending on what steroids your going to do becuase they can add to elevated blood pressure. Anadrol-50/deca and clen with e/c/a would be a bad choice.

Muscle is built of protein, not steroids. No protein = no muscle, despite hormone levels.

There are some supplements that are better suited to post cycle.

DIM for elevated estrogen, tribestan to elevate LH, and 5-androtriol or methoxyisoflavone to reduce cortisol.

shit and shit!

Any supplement that claims to be as good or better then steriods is a lie, why would I use steriods when I could just use "decavar" and get better results with no side effect?

Don't waste your money on these scams!

I know they don't work as well, all I want to know is does that crap work at all? My choice is deca and sus, but I'm getting close to 50 now. Thinking I might need to lay off the juice, know what I mean dude.
