I would not recommend more than 6 weeks for a beginner to see how their body reacts - it's powerful shit! I don't do more than 8 weeks, which I prefer 6, because I get cramps SOOOO Bad! I can seem to control them with mineral supplementation but after about 5 weeks they (cramps) really get to me.
Fina doesn't convert to estrogen, so taking Proviron or Nolva for Fina is a waste. It is a good anti-estrogen for Test. If you're on Fina only, don't waste your money on Proviron or Nolvadex. Fina doesn’t convert to estrogen; it has an affinity to the progesterone receptor. It attaches and activates the progesterone receptor in your body, in a sense thinks it is progesterone and you get the associated sides, such as bitch tits. This can happen just as easily as estrogen, especially if you are predisposed to this sort of thing.
I also always stack it with Winny. Now there has been much discussion that fina gyno is related to prolactin or IGF levels. Lots of theories about this floating around. I just know that I'm very suseptible to e-related gyno and haven't ANY problems doing this.
As you can tell, I'm a Finaholic! /;
