Ok... Need your help!

I have a friend who has a friend, who has another friend who's Canary is on Sust, DECA, FINA, ANAVAR, D-Bol, Test susp. and a couple of others that I can't think of. Anyway, He is complaining of his dick falling off. Is there anything I can do to help the guy. He is ripped as hell but now has no dick! Is this deca dick???? Should I give him a site injection in the area an massage it good??? Will he kick my ass if I try to touch him????
