First Post - First Cycle Help
Bros, I am new the gear game and need some opinions on a good first cycle, i.e. duration of cycle, and gear. Stats: 30 yrs old, 6 foot tall, probably around 10-15% BF. I have been lifting with discipline for approx 10 years and I eat right (enough). I am able to get lots of sleep because I am a medic, and when I am not running on a call, I can sleep all I want. I also have the opportunity to lift while I work, as there is a gym close by, and I carry a portable radio. A call comes in and bang! - I throw on my jumpsuit and run out the door. Thanks to a certain moderator, he knows who is, I will start a cycle pretty soon. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
