what is your pre-shot ritual?how many people fully bath, add alcohol etc? what size pins?

Some times I do as many as 140 shots a week, so I don't do too much before them. I just wipe the area and jab. Also, I always do a little prayer before each shot. After all these years, I am still petrified of the damn things! :help:

i do alch, hit it and fo-get it, lol
used to prep with bath etc, but as big A said
4 hits a day is a lil much for me, 140 for him must be brutal

I'm a bit paranoid when it comes to hygene, I even swab the damn bottle (never know where its been). I Only stab the Glute or Delt. Weirdest thing is I got this little freckle on my butt that is high and to the side, PERFECT TARGET and i never hit a nerve. Im thinking of getting another one tatooed on the opposite side to make it easier.

Prefer Inslun guage but sustanon wont go thru it. Generally i draw with a 18guage and stick with a smaller guage.

I'll probably get flamed for this but out of the 5yrs I've been jucing I've only used alcohol swabs during my first cycle, I just whip my pants down or take my shirt of whenever is convenient

140 shots ! Can you give up a breakdown on all those, just curious, 20 a day how does that work?

140 was just an approximation. I worked it out, it's actually more.
This is on a cycle, daily:

The gear and site injections - 14 shots (delts and arms)
GH and insulin - 2 shots combined
IGF-1 - 4 shots
Synthergine - 2 shots
Syntheselen - 2 shots

That;s 168 shots per week - bulk cycle.

Cutting cycle there's more because we have the EPO, Synthetine and Glucagon shots as well.
