Angry ALA makes me sick
i spent a grip on ALA, and after i swallow it, i get heart burn, taste it for hours, it all around sucks. what a waste of $$$$$$$$

I had the same problem. Try taking it right before you eat. The food on top of it seems to get rid of the problem. Keep some tums on hand for the heartburn.

You have to take ALA with food or you will get heartburn.
