Anyone here uses Melatonin to help them sleep? If so do you like it?

Yes but, I have noticed a real difference between brands so choose a reputable brand.

4 tabs a night does nothing for me.

It works for me provided I don't take it too often. I think you can build a tolerance if you take it frequently.

yea man i use 4 tabs also and 2 5-htps works great

One 3mg tab does it for me. Also gives me wicked dreams for some reason.

it worked for me at one time, but does not seem to anymore, valerian root is another herb that is supposed to aid in sleep.
