I was miserably covered until I used SAW PALMETTO BERRY EXTRACT. Clears you up and keeps ya that way. It is legal and sold at any health food store/GNC/etc. Just take three if the dose says two. Take daily.

Pantothenic Acid, that's all you need. Take about 3000mg a day. All your acne will go away!!!!

|--[\\\]>----------- Anything will cause it IMO. It is caused by the hormonal(sp) inbalance when you are cycling. Plus, if you are prone to acne, no matter what you take, you'll get it.
