a guy i know just got done competing and he used the good old Preparation H on his abs and quads...i know it helps tighten up the loose skin, but does it also help pull any retaining water out too? just curious

yes but you must apply it and then use a tanning bed for a few. do that a few time a week.

Never tried it myself but heard the US version of prep H had the ingredients changed a yr or so back, so now it doesnt work anymore. The Canadian version still has the ingredient that works. Cant remember offhand what its called.

Hey Statix, was it big "J" that just competed?? I heard he did fuckin' awesome and took his division! I heard his legs looked way better than everybody elses...especially for a tall guy. hit me with a P.M., I'm pissed I missed the show.

prep H or thimocase works well if applied prior to tanning.. you will have a pool of water in the bed LOL
also if you apply prior to cardio and wrap in saran wrap the area you need to pull water out of... it will work too!!!

i use the us brand, but the ointment, not the cream...
