1st cycle

For my first cycle I'am going to use 400mg/wk of test enanth. and 25mg/day of winny, both for ten weeks. what do you think. thanks.

Personally, I would up the test to 500-700mg, and the winnie, drop it until the last 3-4 weeks. Try and throw in some Eq or deca at 300mg throughout. Of course, this is just a basic cycle for the average joe, you haven't provided any stats etc, but is a good start. IronMike

I agree with Mike on the test dosage and I say drop the winny altogether for a first cycle and replace it with 30mg of dbol a day for the first 4 weeks. Dont forget your Armidex or Clomid either man, you want your first cycle to be one of your best!

im goin out on a limb here
but i bet u have 2 bttl t200
which is not 200mg
more like 138mg at best, if this is the case do 4ml every week, go atleast 500mg, i agree with wcp to run d's, and save the winny till the end
