well it looks like ill stay on for about 2 more weeks...and then call it quits for as long as possible. ive been on most of the time for a year now. really seems as though, gears effects have really worn off. now im thinking more time off isnt a bad thing...
-my off cycle plan is to use some
synthol for about 4 weeks (more if i can afford it!). in order to maintain arm size while off.
-i just feel too damn run down now. im in pretty good shape, so my goal is just to maintain my condition and size.
-im thinking of coming off for 6 weeks maybe and will do a 20 weeker or so when i come back on.
-
creatine, clomid will be used.
-work out 3 days a week, good intensity but not to failure. mostly basics.
something like this.
monday: squats, leg press, stiff leg deadlift, standing calf raise
wednesday: incline press, seated hammer press, db incline flye
barbell curl, db curl
friday: deadlifts (not too hard), pullups, seated row, close grips, pushdowns.
if i can stay off longer the better...can really stock up then toolol
