Get some L-Tyrosine (1gram before you workout and 1g in the morning if you need it),
b12 (the shot is best) .5cc/week, some gravol to increase appetite and some ephedrine to get your brain moving again. Also, some melatonin or 5htp works well before bed. Note: you have to take it with carbs and very low
protein to work properly.
