Cutting WITHOUT Keto......

Anyone got any suggestions or diet plans to cut without doing a keto diet. I've gone the keto route tons of times and cant stand working out late in the week. Basically I'd like to try something different. I'm hoping I can accomplish my goals with a clean diet and plenty of fuckin shit ass cardio.

My cycle will be based along these lines:

Test: 1 gram
Tren: 75mg ed
Winny Stanazolic Injectable: 50mg ed
Ultragan Eq: 500mg week
Halo: 25mg day
Arimidex: .25mg ed
Cynomel: 25mcg ed

Now, I would love to bump up the Cynomel and add a healthy does of ECA and Clen (on opposite weeks), but I can't. No more stimulants for me. ECA works awesome but it fucks with my heart too much and I've had a few panic attacks when I've been on ECA and Clen(mostly ECA). I also sometimes have the same problems when I take the Cynomel too high, so I'm going to avoid that.

I've been a lazy bastard lately and have turned into a fat fuck. Current weight is around 260 pounds at 5'9". Bodyfat is high, not sure of the %. I can see my top two abs, but thats it and I'm real puffy along with big ass love handles. I could use some guidance deciding on a daily calorie intake and what types of food are good to eat. I have no clue of my maintenance calories because I havent been keeping track of my diet forever.

I'm too broke right now to go with GH or I'd be doing 8iu's a day with my cycle.

Any help would be appreciated.

the best advice i can give you when dieting is to stick with it.
people always quit, then what results do you get. you just have to go through those hard workouts, the tired shitty days, the craving carbs, then..... you take off your shirt an a girl looks at you like she wants to fuck, and it will be worth it.

you cant get ripped in 4 weeks if your heavy in fat amounts. but you CAN get ripped. it will take weeks of hard work. it takes people at 10% like 6 - 12 weeks to get cut on extreem diet and training. alot of drugs wont do it, its ALL DIET AND TRAINING.

do cardio first thing when you get up, BUY A TREDMIL and also and do weights and cardio at night or afternoon. if you are having panic attacks, you probably have hypertension, which is serious, slow down, you can eat shit for ten years, and dicide to be ripped in ten days.... everything has a balance, you need to change your life style, not drugs bro.

I have no problems sticking to a diet. I'm just trying
to decide if I should go the keto route or not. I've
had great success in the past with it, but I like to look
at all my options before I jump in. I'm interested in knowing
if people who compete use keto or if they just eat clean
and use DNP and GH.

I'm actually not as fat as my post made me out to be. I'm
puffy as shit now because I've been sampling some Dbol
powder at 75mg+ per day to check for quality. I'm holding
a lot of water, but it feels like fat. Clothes are fitting fucked
up and face is round and puffy as the moon. Basically, I've been
training, but havent had the time to put in the type of
effort I would like to. Now that I got some shit out of the
way, I can devote myself again.

My panic attacks were not from hypertension. I've been diagnosed with panic disorder and take Zoloft for it. I've never had lots of panic attacks, but only having a few sucks. I havent had a panic attack in over 6 months, but stimulants have always fucked with me in the wrong way. I get very edgy on ECA and can feel it fuck with my heart.

I plan on cutting for around 20 weeks to get back to my peak condition. During that 20 weeks, I'll allow myself one cheat week (5 days actually). The best I've been so far is 5'9" 248 pounds with bf% under 10. I don't know the actual bf% because I didnt have it taken at the time. I do know that all of my abs showed and looked like etched rocks. I fuckin love the ripped cut look. I'm a true endomorph which doesnt make cutting any easier, although I love being an endo when bulking up.

yes the keto diet is good. i opt for a clean low carb, veggie diet. no carbs stops working for some reason.

also, if you are a "true" endomorph, you want zero estrogen in your body, or cutting will be very hard. Get arimidex asap. or quit all drugs the convert to estrogen. some will argue this. but, i have a few endomorphic friends, and until they did this, they cut very slow. after adding arimidex (eod) they cut SLOOOOOOOOOW. good luck bro. one mans diet will not work for you, but another might. you just have to try.

what ever you did to get cut last time. i would suggest doing it again. if it works don't fix it bro.

Yeah you can do it. I personally hate keto. It is very efffective but the lack of carbs makes me want to kill and personally I don't care too mush for prison gym facilities.
I just started eating clean the last 2 weeks of this this cycle and doing cardio only three times a week for fifteen minutes and it seems to be working excellent. I just finished 2 weeks of clen(only up to 120mcg) and T-3 (only up to 100mcg) and that was excellent. I'll be using ECA for the next 2 weeks before I try Heat Miser for another couple weeks. I know what your saying about ECA though. I always feel f'd up when I'm on it especially when I'm "coming down." but clen doesn't do that to me.
Definately take a week and write down everything you eat so you can get your maitanance calories. This way at least you have a baseline.
Cut you cals by 10% eat clean and take your time. Good Luck. Peace.

By the way I just finished testing out some d-bol powder. I tried to make a 100mg/ml solution in propylene glycol. It didn't dissolve all the way so I made a 50mg/ml. Do you, or anyone else happen to know what the max concentration of d-bol in PPG is? Maybe I just didn't wait long enough?

I rarely if ever do keto or at least check for it. The 3-4 day deplete 2 day load has really just done it for me. I usually take the first 3-4weeks to come down gradually off carbs so you don't crash.

Holy cow.... FINALLY.. someone who agrees with me about diet. Man, you don't know how many fights I have gotten in over this subject Bro. A lot of guys think that drugs are the only answer. Shit... I was my leanest EVER... before I ever did ANY AS... it can be done with a good diet program and some hardcore dedication!!

Try 60 to 70% lean Pro, Under 20 % carbs and fat. 10 to 15 cals per lb of bodyweight and don't overdo the cardio, which will only eat muscle. Plan on a good 12 week course alternating macro nutrients and calorie intake, so your weekly average keeps you losing 1 to 2 lbs of fat per week, not muscle. Keep the body and metabolism off balance and don't run yourself into the ground at the gym while restricting calories, cardio included. Sure you could use GH, DNP and other supplements to your advantage and even gain a little muscle if you can afford GH, but a strict, clean diet will go a long way and should be able to get you below to 8 to 10% in 12 weeks easy. My cutting cycles last 6 weeks if I'm totally strict in all aspects and I'll go from 12 to 6% evertime. Of course, I'm using clen and GH, but my cycle is very similar to yours, exept I use less test and never use keto and do very little cardio, i.e. Basketball, mountainbike, fun stuff not stale indoor stuff, although I do like spinning and boxing.
