BOTH ARE INTERCHANGEABLE IN A CYCLE BECUASE BOTH DO THE SAME THING. LOTS OF PEOPLE USE DECA FOR 12-16 WEEKS AND THEN SWITCH OVER TO EQ. AS FAR AS THE WATER RETENTION GOES, PEOPLE SAY EQ GIVES YOU MORE WATER RETENTION BUT I PERSONALLY THINK THAT IS CRAP BECUASE I USE BOTH ALL THE TIME AND I NEVER GET THAT MUCH WATER RETENTION FROM EQ, BUT WHEN I USE DECA I BECOME A WALKING BAG OF WATER. MY PERSONAL FAVORITE OF THE 2 IS EQ BUT THAT IS JUST ME.

Both are similar. I get more bloat with deca than eq. I usally go with Deca because it has a half life of a little over 2 weeks, rather than use EQ which takes 4 weeks to release from its ester.

EQ is definately preferable for cutting or pre-contest cycles because of the fact of it's lack of water retentive properties. As we all know deca does have more water retention associated with it but you really can cut with either or but it's definately easier to cut with EQ. BUT. . .EQ is definately a more mild gear, as far as gains, to use than that of deca in my opinion which is why Deca is commononly associated with bulking cycles and EQ with cutting.

Peace. Freez.

EQ and gyno

it is very unlikely you will encounter gyno problems with EQ, unless you are taking over 600mg/week. I prefer it over deca anyday. My reasons for it being better than deca are: no progesterone induced gyno probs; less water retention; more hardness, vascularity and appetite because of the EPO effect (increase in red blood cell count). Then again, deca is the winner if you have joint problems.

eq

I prefer Eq for the "clean" good feeling it gives me - hungry, vascular, strong and increased endurance with no sides I can notice. IronMike

|--[\\\]>------ Here is what i've always been taught: Eq for cutting cylces b/c less H20 retention and more vascularity, Deca for bulking, more H20 retention. I hate deca though...after my last cycle with it, major deca dick..can't be having that at age 24. The H20 can be dealt with by taking arimidex with the cycle.
