Try the canned chicken, or breast.

I use eggs (whites) as my primary foood protein source. They have the highest PER for a food protein source and are CHEAP! Not familiar with crumb diet but protein is protein (actually some proteins are better than others!).

have you tried salmon? i don't really care for tuna, but i like cooking salmon filets or try chicken breasts like justalittlepup said or turkey breasts or some leaner cuts of beef

just curious...did you eat the tuna straight out of the can or did you spice it up any? I can barely stand it alone, but when I add something like mustard, or hot dog relish, or even barbecue sauce I can eat it without any problem. Like the other guys said, you can also try salmon or canned chicken or eggs.

as mentioned, canned chicken is also available, usually right by the tuna, as is canned salmon, but the chicken is the best for protein, plus it's 98% fat free. If that still bothers you then substitute with one of the other suggestions or maybe just buy some Isopure protein and have that....it's got zero carbs and tastes good, plus it's 52 grams of high quality protein anyway.
