CYCLE ADVICE anyone?

CYCLE ADVICE anyone?

subject is: Male, mid 30's, 6'0" tall, 200 pounds, 20% bodyfat (mostly in his head, hee hee). has done 2 cycles in past 13 months, both just dBol and SUST250. has the following gear available: A-Bombs, thai dBol tabs, Winny yellow tabs, Organon DECA amps, Clen tabs, SUST250 amps and re-dijects, DECA QV 10ml, Primo amps, clomid, novaldex and ALA. wants to model cycle after 1st or 3rd example cycle listed here...http://www.anabolicreview.com/cycles.htm

and i'm just looking for advice from the posters here, i don't want to waste time responding to flames concerning my use of this person as a guinea pig, my personal science experiment, etc.,

weeks 1-4: Abombs 50mg or 100mg/day, with SUST250 500ml/week, lots of ALA and a bit of novaldex in week 4 to bring down bloat, expect bulking here.

weeks 5-8: dBol at 35-40mg/day, DECA 400ml/week, maybe a SUST250 thrown in with deca in week 5 & 7.

weeks 7-9: clen tabs 1/day up to ??/day

week 9: switch to Winny tabs (dosage?) and Primo amps and keep these going through week 12-ish or until he keels over, whichever comes first (just kidding, just keeping it light).

Novaldex applied at end of week 4 and 8 and on hand if gyno appears.

Clomid 300mg on day one, then 50mg-100mg/day for 3 weeks after cycle's end.

so, weeks 1-4 have heavy, heavy gear, jump starting cycle. weeks 5-8 are for bulking also, but clen kicks in week 7 and some cardio is then done, weeks9+ have gear getting weaker and weaker and act to tighten up gains...

any opinions from those who have tried cycles where you play a bunch of different types of gear off each other? he could also just stick with A'Bombs for 2 weeks, then dBol and SUST or DECA and save all the other crap for other cycles, i suppose.

any ideas, gentlemen????

At 6', 200 lbs, 20% BF, he really needs to concentrate of what he's eating. Unless he's REALLY an Ecto, after 2 cycles he hasn't gained much?!?!?

1) Nutrition
2) Work outs (no overtraining)
3) Rest (plenty of it)
4) Supplementation

Sounds like your friend needs to focus on numbers 1-3 on the priority list!

good points, but with a given level of workout, eating, resting, etc., gear will enhance gains, so he's going to use gear, period. the question here is, if one assumes good workouts, eating, sleeping - what do you think of this cycle??

and the two cycles took him from 170# to 200#, it was really 1.5 cycles...
